增加下列流程建议:
- 藤椒油(可选)
- 要保持蛋羹滑弹,建议用煤气灶最小火力蒸 30 分钟。小火是制做滑弹无蜂窝蛋羹的关键点。在小火条件下,过滤蛋液及附加保鲜膜步骤可忽略
